Added in Content Update #2. The most mechanically demanding standard biome. Introduces Hand Traps — timed grappling hazards that can be escaped by quickly selecting a different row.

Survival tips

  • Hand Traps are NOT instant death — they grab you but give a brief window to select another row
  • React immediately when a Hand Trap triggers: do not hesitate, pick any other row
  • Full Magic 4 + Strength 3 is the recommended stat floor before entering
  • The Devil room trades are most favorable here — the risk matches the reward at this depth
